About Digital Siblings
What is Digital Siblings?
Digital Siblings is a bilingual marketing and branding agency that works in English and in Spanish. We help businesses with brand identity, content and social media, campaigns and corporate marketing, from the first strategy to the last detail.
Who leads Digital Siblings?
Claudia Silva Santisteban is our CEO and José Miguel Fortunic is our CTO. Claudia leads the studio and every client relationship; José leads technology, including websites, tracking and automation.
What kind of businesses do you work with?
Small and growing businesses that want to look as good as they are, especially those that sell to both English- and Spanish-speaking customers.
Where do you work?
Anywhere in the United States. We work by video call, phone and email, in English and in Spanish.
Working together
Who will I work with?
With Claudia, our CEO, from the first call to the final delivery, with José and the team behind every step. You have one point of contact the whole time.
How does a project start?
With a conversation about your business and your goal. Then we send a short plan and a quote, so you know the scope before anything begins, and we agree the timeline together at kickoff.
What is your process?
Four steps on every project: analyze your business and market, plan one strategy across channels, make the work, and measure it against the goals agreed at the start.
Can you work with our in-house team?
Yes. We can lead the work or support your team on the parts you need, such as design, Spanish content or campaign reporting.
How long does a project take?
It depends on the scope. We agree a timeline with you at kickoff and share it as a simple schedule, so you always know what comes next.
Branding
What does a brand book include?
Your logo with its construction rules (clear space, minimum size, correct and incorrect uses, use on busy backgrounds), the colour palette, the photography style, and real applications: stationery such as letterhead, envelope and business card, up to three print pieces, and social media templates. You get editable files for every piece. Read our brand book guide.
Can you design just a logo?
Yes, though we recommend a logo with at least basic usage rules and colours. A logo without rules tends to be stretched, recoloured and used inconsistently within months.
Do you do rebrands?
Yes. We refresh or rebuild an existing brand, keeping what customers already recognize and fixing what holds the business back.
Do I own the files?
Yes. You receive editable files for every piece we design for you, so your team or printer can use them later.
English and Spanish
Do you work in English and Spanish?
Yes. We write each language natively, not word for word, so your message sounds right to both audiences.
Do you translate our existing content?
We transcreate it: we rewrite marketing content in Spanish (or English) so it has the same effect, not just the same words. For legal or technical documents, a certified translator is the right choice. Read about transcreation.
Which Spanish do you write?
A clear, natural Spanish for US audiences by default, avoiding slang from any one country. If your customers come mostly from one country or region, we adjust words and references for them.
Can you run our marketing only in Spanish?
Yes. Some clients need only Spanish, some only English and many need both. The plan follows your customers.
Pricing and results
How much does it cost?
It depends on the scope, so we quote each project after the first conversation. The quote states exactly what is included and what is not, such as fonts or stock photos to buy, final printing and travel.
How do payments work?
For defined projects, payment is usually split in two: half when the project is approved and half on final delivery. Ongoing work is billed monthly.
How do you measure results?
We set the goals with you at the start, tied to what matters to the business, such as enquiries and sales, then report against them in plain words.
Do you guarantee results?
No honest agency can guarantee sales or rankings, because they depend on factors outside anyone’s control. What we guarantee is clear goals, the agreed work delivered, and honest reporting on what is and is not working.
